25 SELF-IMPROVEMENT TIPS TO BECOME BETTER
#1. WALK
Walking is one of the best exercises.
It is free. You can do it indoors on a treadmill which is my personal favorite.
I love going for a walk and watching reruns or doing a new series.
Of course, going to a park and running is like a giveaway.
It can't even be seen as real exercise because what you really do is get out there and enjoy the park. Burning calories is a healthy bonus.
Walking is known to improve your mood, largely because any type of exercise releases endorphins.
Whether you like parks or trails, walking in parks or exploring trails is great fun, a great way to lose weight.
If that's not enough, it also helps with depression and banishes boredom.
However, it is not enough just to say, walk.
The key is to pick a time in the week and go on that day. For example, every Saturday after your cup of coffee, go to the park and take a walk.
# 2. EAT MORE BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries are a concentrated feed that will improve your health.
First, blueberries are anti-inflammatory.
Researchers have found that inflammation leads to a variety of physical ailments, but what caught my attention was the link between inflammation and dementia.
Dementia is basically a decrease in mental sharpness.
Memory problems, inability to stay focused, inability to focus again, and more are not necessarily age-related problems, but inflammation-related problems.
In the brain, inflammation inhibits cellular communication.
Blueberries are also quite high in fiber. After all, they're delicious.
If you don't like them, blackberries, strawberries, or raspberries are fine too. But blueberries are great.
Eat them. Eat lots of them.
As an added bonus, you can also learn to garden and grow your own fruits and vegetables.
